PENGARUH PENDAMPING CONTINUITY OF CARE (COC) TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN GIZI BALITA
Abstract
Speech and language development is a critical aspect of early childhood development that influences children's Nutritional status is an important indicator for assessing a child's health, growth, and well-being. Through nutritional status, various nutritional problems such as stunting, underweight, wasting, and overweight can be detected early. Successful management of toddler nutrition through Continuity of Care (COC) assistance is expected to break the intergenerational cycle of malnutrition. This research project examined the impact of Continuity of Care (COC) assistance on toddler nutritional success using a post-test-only control group design. The sample was all 22 mothers with children aged 0-5 years at the Seruni Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Sentosa Hamlet, Lekopaccing Village, Maros Regency in 2026. The results showed an effect of Continuity of Care assistance on toddler nutritional success, with a ρ value of 0.004 < 0.005. This activity is expected to assist parents and health workers in preventing and reducing stunting, wasting, malnutrition, and overnutrition in toddlers.
